"After researching a few places, this rug appeared to be the best quality at the best price. It came in the size I needed. The colors in the finished rug were brighter than appeared in the picture and my husband and I were pleased with that. I was happy with the delivery time - it came faster than was quoted. Overall, I think it is good quality and I will order future products from this website."

Good rug, internet colors difficult to judge

"This braided rug seems to be holding up well after 1 week in the domain of 5 cats. Only a few tiny picks are visible and I can satisfactorily rub them back into the fabric. I am happy with the rug, I just wish the internet colors had been clearer. The rug is actually more pale than the picture shows."

"This rug is absolutely beautiful! I expected a good product, but this was the best purchase I've made in a very long time. The colors were a bit different than the online photo -- a bit brighter; however, I was going for muted colors and that's what I got. Additionally, the service was SUPERIOR! I received my rug on the day I was to receive it, and in wonderful condition. Thank you so very much!!"

first Home Decorator's rug purchase = Good!

"We waffled about size and selected 9 x 12; after submitting the order, we were told expect shipment during 7/4 holiday. 2 days prior to that, we were told we would not get this until August. A day later after July 4th, we received the email it had shipped.
We worried that the shipment would be left at the house and the summer rains would be an issue - no rains, but I think it would not be a problem as the item was double-wrapped. It unrolled nicely, and has held up to thorough inspections by the 2 cats and 3 dogs who like to relax on it. Colors are nice and we really like it! We've received many compliments from visitors"

"We received our rugs for our new bedroom. I had searched forever, shopped forever and couldn't find a good quality braided rug with wool content - in the colors we needed.
Finally through a search engine I found your site. And there they were! In fact, I had many, many choices. After I purchased the rugs, I browsed around to see what else you had. Well, I now have a go-to place as I re-do my home. The price was very reasonable and they arrived in a very timely manner. If there was anything I would add to improve them- it would be to make them a bit thicker, but they're perfect for the bedroom.
