"Ordered this rug (smallest size) to add to my kitchen floor in front of the sink. It's well made and the colors are nice, although they appeared brighter on the screen. The yellow is more of a sandy beige. Both sides of rug are usable. All in all, a great addition."

"I ordered two rugs to go in front of the stove and sink. The colors are exactly the way they appeared, and I am very happy with my purchase. As others have stated you will need a rug pad underneath to keep them from slipping around, but with that they are very secure. The cats kept rucking up the rugs I had before, and they are not able to budge these."

"On the up side, I really like this rug. It's thicker than I expected and very well made. Plus the price is right.
However, when viewing this really neat looking rug on line and in the catalog, the color appears to be decidedly blue. It's actually mostly green. If I were even more picky, I would have sent it back. It works for me though."

"I ordered several of the Hearth Keepsake rugs for my French country kitchen and they look fabulous! The texture is not of a soft cotton and the colors are a tiny bit off but it's fine. I think they're a good value. My baby definitely prefers to crawl on them as opposed to the hard tile. Also, they are sewn together by a clear thread that would be easy to duplicate if need be. In fact, I'm planning to order another."

"Thimbleberry Rugs may be pricey but they are cheaper here @ Home Decorators than at other places. I have three of them. Very durable. I take outside and rinse them off when need cleaning and they come out like new. Great accent to your hardwood or laminent flooring. Be sure to use and non slip pad though. They are also lightweight compared to other braided rugs. Which to me is a plus."

"I thought these rugs were pretty in the catalog but when I received them I was more than pleasantly surprised at the beautiful workmanship, materials used and all over quality. My home is decorated in French Country (which is the color I purchased) and these match my decor perfectly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a quality braided rug!"

"The rug looks good and the colors are true to the picture. The only quibble I have is that since it is polyester and not cotton, it has quite a rough hand and is not soft at all. Since we are using this rug in a bedroom, I would prefer a softer feel."

"I thought when I started looking for a runner that I'd never find one for the length of our hallway (14 ft) for a good price. But when I saw this one in a catalog and online. I had to have it. It came at a GREAT price. I thought Shipping and Handling was going to take a BIG Bite but it didn't. I"ve already purchase a compain rug to match this one. The Colors are better in person and the craftmanship is excellant."

"After debating with myself about color for almost a year, I decided on Seaglass. It's fairly close to the picture on the web, though not quite as vivid (which is just right from my perspective). The yellow in the photo is really closer to a golden beige, which is works beautifully in my log home. My only negative comment is that one small section doesn't lie perfectly flat. I hope this part will settle down in time. Overall, I'm very happy with it!"

"I purchased this rug in French Country for under a table in a newly renovated farmhouse kitchen. The colors were perfect in blues, greens and tans. The braids are sewn with nylon thread and I'm concerned how the calico between the braids will hold up over time but I loved the look of it so much I ordered a small one to go in front of the sink. A good value compared to other braided rugs I looked at and a nice country feel."
