"Very nice quality rug. When I received it it had a manufacture defect. A white line that was not the color of the rug. Called customer service they said
they would exchange it or take $200 dollars off the price so I chose the $200 dollars so I did not have to roll it up and re ship it. The defect if pointed out is noticeable but the rug is very soft and really looks good in my family room. I would order another from this collection."

"I am so glad I found this website. I found this rug locally but the business would have to order it and would not allow returns so I spent days trying to find it online with no information from the other business. When I found it here I was so excited and the price was wonderful. When I recieved the rug I was even more excited. It is so plush and soft. The colors work great with my dark leather furniture and wood floors. I love it!"

"Although the rug I received had a flaw on the end of it, Home Decorators had it picked up and a replacement is on it's way. I'm anxious to get the new rug because it fit my hall and added depth. Very nice addition!"
