"The rug is nothing like the representational slide view. Instead of cream looking color with the brown stripes, the color was like grey. I do not like the color at all and will not go with my decor.I am not in the habit of returning items, if needed, too much trouble, but this rug will not do in my home and am returning it."

"I, like other reviewers, was expecting this rug to be black and ivory. It is definitely not. It is black and the "background" is like a beige/tan color. It was a bit of a shock, and I was not sure how I felt about it at first, since I already had a vision in my head. After stepping back and looking at it, I decided I still really liked it, and will keep it. Even though it is not ivory, It is still a neutral color."

"This zebra rug was exactly what i was looking for. At first, I was leery to purchase a rug online without seeing & feeling it. Sure, you can send it back if you don't like it, but the cost of shipping would be expensive. I am so glad I took the chance. It was really thick & soft. I am very pleased with my purchase. On this product, the colors were exactly the way it appeared online."

"I got the zebra rug in brown. It is a great looking rug, but i thought that it was going to be Ivory and Brown. The rug is TAN and Brown, not Ivory. Buyers should definitely be aware of this. Outside of the color, it's a high quality rug and I would recommend it."

"I have to vacuum this rug every day because the ivory sheds onto the black and the black sheds onto the ivory, just from walking on the carpet. I'm hop;ing it will stop shedding soon or I will be very disappointed."

"I have a house full of cats and a pit bull that thinks she is a cat. After reading some of the reviews about this rug shedding, I had some concerns but ordered it anyway. It is a beautiful rug in the black with off white stripes and it is holding up fine with my cats and dog rolling, playing and scratching upon it. There is very little shedding and I can already conclude that this rug will last in my house. Pet hair also vacuums up easily because there are no variations in the length of the rug fibers."

"We purchase two zebra rugs for our office. We have them positioned on each side of our dual office desk. Unfortunately, they shed and shed and shed. The rug has the look but not the ability of daily wear and tear."

"it looks great, it feels great, it does need a lot of vacuuming during the first week to get all of the fiber fuzzies that come up during that time, though, but otherwise it's a gem."
