"The top arrived broken the first time, but they replaced it quickly and I didn't have to send the broken top back. That was really great. Now that it's put together, it's beautiful. I love it."

Nice piece, but...

"The piece is very attractive and is well designed. It is heavy and solid and fits the space we have for it perfectly. The finish is a bit redder than expected, but is acceptable and is a rich looking hue.
The problem was in assembly. The upper drawer assemblies were put together very sloppily. In fact, the drawer hardware was improperly attached with several stripped screws that required repair before the piece could be assembled. This snag actually took longer to fix than the whole rest of the assembly process."

"After shopping at stores day in and out, we decided to search the web. My wife remembered Home Decorators and thank goodness she did. We were able to find the furniture pieces we needed and at a great price. We had a problem with one of the drawers, but a quick call to customer service resolved the situation and with great satisfaction. We have since ordered 3 more pieces from Home Decorators."

"I have purchased many items form Home Decorators Collection and this Arts and Crafts console table is the best. It arrived quickly and was very easy to assemble, especially since the top and drawer unit was already assembled. We had it together and in place in about 45 minutes. It is a perfect match with other Arts and Crafts pieces I have purchased from Home Decorators and of consistant quality. I am very pleased."

"I absolutely love this table, it was originally a sofa table, but makes a wonderful TV stand with the drawers for all the controllers, baskets for all the CD's & DVD's and the shelf for all the internet boxes, WII, etc. The style and color blend perfectly with my other furniture."

"This is a good storage unit for the price. It was just a bit difficult to put together because the unit was received on two different days. By the time we got to the second box we had lost the instructions. But it was great we could go on line and print them again."

"I was looking for an entry way piece to use for shoes, mail, and keys and this fits my needs perfectly. The only problem is the front face of one of the drawers is loose and becoming unglued which I am assuming Home Decorators will rectify when I contact them very shortly. The value was great. I love that the baskets are included. Very sturdy and the color is true to the picture of the sample. As long as the drawer gets replaced, I am happy with my purchase."

"I have a small 5x5 entry area with nowhere to store purses, keys or shoes so this console table was perfect. I keep extra keys in the drawers, purses on the shelf and can fit about 4 pairs of shoes in each basket. My only complaint is that it is made of pressboard rather than real wood but it is still solid, looks great, and was a good price."

"Well designed, easy-to-assemble table. Surprisingly solid for the price.
The baskets are a nice bonus, but I took them out and ended up with a nice two-shelf bookcase.
Finish is rich and dark.
There are a number of mission console tables on the market but this is a hard to beat value."

Better Than I Had Expected

"The quality is better than I had expected. The color matches perfectly. It is a dark wood with a hint of cherry color. I have mostly dark walnut furniture and it works well with it. I had a 15 year old young man assemble it for me and he put it together rather quickly. It looks nice."

"I was very nervous ordering this after reading some of the reviews regarding the color of the oak. It was a bit lighter than I was expecting but once together, I love it. My husband was away and I wanted to surprise him when he got back so I put it together myself. I had a little problem getting the screws in but overall, the directions were very clear. I was amazed at how solid this piece of furniture is. Very heavy. I would definately order something again."

Easy to assemble (1/2 hour). If you've ever put together other furniture (shelves, etc.), this is a snap.
