"Taupe color was much darker than anticipated, even though others had also commented about this. Also, 2x3 rug did not have as much detail as pictured rugs. With that said, it is a very nice, well-constructed rug."

"I got this rug today in black and was very disappointed. It looks NOTHING like the picture on the website. Although a beautiful rug, it is not what I ordered or as the picture indicates.
I will be returning this rug and just go with my first instinct to go to a rug store to see a product in person. Hard to buy a rug online and get the complete look, apparently.
So sad..."

"I give this rug 4-5 stars only because of 2 things: 1) the main color, I had Sage which was more olive than sage or so it appears on my monitor much lighter than seeing it in person. Knowing monitors vary this is very difficult to count as a criticism, just the downfalls of ordering online. 2) There were some areas in the center of the rug that were not true to the rest of the color. I can't account for what caused this, stain, defect, etc. However customer service refunded the price and shipping and had UPS pick it up. Again, these things happen all the time and I gave this 4 stars simply because it had a defective area.
Now for the good part. The rug was beautiful and I may re-order because I think the olive color may work for me. It is a thick rug even without padding, tho I recommend it for protection. The sculpted areas made the design very elegant. Personally I love sculpted rugs and this was one of the most beautiful I have seen.I realize this rug isn't for everyone. I also ordered the Ivory one and the color didn't match my monitor. I ordered the Lavender Garden rug and it also was darker than pictured. Until technology finds a way to accurately represent color on a website, these errors will continue. But HD does try to make the customer happy. As far as value, I find the sculpted rugs to be more expensive, and this rug is not of the quallity that should be hung as tapestry. But taking care of it and using it on the floor should provide alot of pleasure for the eyes and feet."

"Do not buy this rug. Save yourself the disappointment. The product description says it will lose "fibers" for up to three months. It fails to mention there is no glue backing on this rug and the yarn is pulling up as well. I estimate this rug to have bare spots in three months!! Much too expensive to have something like this happen. After I purchased it, the rug was stored several months before it was put down. Probably much to late to return it."
