"The rug I received looks nothing like the rug in the picture that I ordered, whatsoever! All of the colors were different and the rug looked like an imperfect. It was not even, it was made crooked!! I was extremely dissappointed! I would have returned it but my son put my receipt through the shredder. I will never order from this place again and I will tell my friends that they should not either!! Wasted my money."
"I had ordered 3 other rugs elsewhere that did not meet my expectaions. This one exceeded my expectations! The size is absolutely perfect for my 5' X 12' entry! The scalloped design on each end was an added bonus! The colors are vibrant and clear. The wool will wear well although like all wool rugs sheds at first and needs vacuuming for a couple of weeks every day or two even in light traffic.
My questions prior to buying were answered fully by knowledgeable staff. Their were responses were accurate.
"Wrong pattern and color sent. Ordered burgandy and the rug actually looks dark brown. The design is completely different from that shown on the website and I could never actually find a picture of what was sent either on the website or in the catalogs."
