Right Shape but Cheap Date: November 10, 2009
"For a cheap media console, this works--the best part is the product design, as it fits our WII, Nintendo, X-box, DVD, & all the controls. It is cheaply made with metal pegs to hold parts together, but then it didn't cost much. We didn't put the back on it, & we haven't had any trouble with the middle leg breaking as other reviewers noted (but then we've been super careful with that leg). I'm not sure it would hold up in a move, but it works for its intended use now."

A beautiful addition to my home Date: November 9, 2009
"I'm very pleased with this entertainment center. It looks a lot more expensive than it is and it was relatively easy (for a single woman) to put together. There were just a few imperfections that required some jockeying to get screw holes to line up and a couple on the back that I never could make work, but they don't show and don't affect the structural integrity. I'm very pleased."

Beauty but with a flaw Date: September 9, 2009
"I was pleased to find the Wuchow TV stand for my new wide-screen TV because it matches other furniture in my living room. It was delivered in two separate packages on two separate days which was puzzling. The assembly was moderately easy and the directions were clear. Even though they recommend a two-person assembly team, I was able to do it alone by bracing parts on the sofa and using lots of patience. The one big flaw is the middle support leg which broke off the first time I moved the unit just a few inches. Overall, it is a beautiful piece that looks elegant."

Does not go together well Date: July 21, 2009
"This product is not very stable, the middle leg that supports the stand broke as soon as i stood the stand up. Without that middle leg the whole stand sags causing the inner doors to sit lower than the outer doors. For the money i spent i was very disappointed at the quality of this product."

beautiful but flawed Date: June 29, 2009
"This table was really beautiful, easy to assemble, and made of quality materials. But one corner of the table top was gouged and had glass beads imbedded in the wood/finish. The damaged area was mostly covered by the attached detailing, and it wasn't noticed till we had it mostly assembled, so I did not return it for exchange. Overall, it is a great piece, but a little more QA/QC is in order."

It looks cute but it sucks! Date: May 21, 2009
"I am disappointed because before we could finish assembling this piece, the middle leg fell off. Then when we tried to move it, to our living-room 1 of the decorative pieces on either side fell off. Lucky for me I had some (mighty putty)and that solved the problem. Overall it beautiful to look at but the workmanship and quality is very poor,it too fragile."

"I put this piece together by myself and had relatively few problems. It's much heavier than I would have expected. The only problem is that the brass rods that hold the doors together are too short and I will search around for longer ones. I have an antique tonsu and that rod is the perfect length.

Good purchase.

Gorgeous Piece! Date: February 25, 2009
"We bought this to hold our new Sony Flatscreen and it is absolutely perfect! We were looking for a taller height for watching television in our large living room and this stand fit the bill perfectly. Nice semi matt black finish, no flaws or scratches and very solid! Item was shipped super quick and definitely exceed our expectations. It took a couple of hours to assemble but it was worth the effort."

Good TV Stand for Toddlers Date: February 14, 2009
"I bought this TV stand because it's tall (keep the new TV away from the baby) and fits my decor. Assembly was pretty easy as everything is coded although it could be more clear as to when to actually stand everything up at the end. Adjustable shelves are nice. A couple small chips, hopefully from shipping and not factory.

Big disappointment was the middle leg which fell off almost immediately; I rescrewed it into the bottom but it fell off again when I moved the stand against the wall. Home Decorators please listen as otherwise this is a very good product!

Great looking, great value Date: January 18, 2009
"The tall tv stand was shipped in two large (and heavy!) boxes. All of the pieces (including hardware) were included and well labeled. The directions were great, so even though several steps and pieces were included in the assembly, it was all very straight-forward. All of the pieces fit together great with no trouble. The finished product looks much better than I was expecting. For those worried about getting all of their electrical components to fit, the center open shelves are 18.5" wide and a total of 18" high. The max weight for a TV on top of the stand is listed as 246 lb in the directions. The metal accents on the front have an antiqued, "oil-rubbed' appearance and are not super-shiny. I am very happy with this piece of furniture and would definitely buy it again."

Really love the way it looks Date: December 10, 2008
"I was so pleasantly surprised that it looked even nicer once assembled than in the book. We aren't using as a tv stand but needed the height for under a window. We had a glass top made and have arranged plants and pictures on top and storage."

"I think this is a quality piece of furniture, quite a bit of assembly though. It is good looking and does look close to authentic Chinese furniture as I have some. Very versatile piece and hoping to have it a while. Middle base leg is fragile and does not fix itself properly for support, it broke off"
