"This is a little pricey for the quality but all in all I am pleased with it. At the time I purchased it there was a 20% discount offered so with shipping my total purchase came to $159. I think it should have had a cost more around $100. It was extremely easy to assemble and hang. It looks great on the wall."

"Am really happy with my new shelf, it's quite nice looking, came free of any defects and markings, nice finish on the wood, and looks great in the space. Was pretty easy to put together, and the usual pain to put up on the wall, but that's how that goes. Am really happy with this. Looks just like the picture on the website."

"The Open Panel Shelf unit that I ordered was received within a few days after ordering it. It was extremely easy to assemble and looks absolutely beautiful on the wall.

The only thing that I would recommend to others is to purchase a different type of wall anchor then the plastic ones that are provided in the hardware packet. ALthough I am sure they would have done the job, I purchased metal ones which I think make the unit more sturdy once attached to the wall.

There wre no missing pieces, and as a matter of fact they gave us an extra screw which was nice, because ordinarly I am missing one.

I would definetely recomment this to anyone"

"Look good.
Easy to assemble.
Only concern is the shelves (laminated composite) are attached with dry wall screws to the frame, from the back. While they feel very sturdy and secure, I believe that any heavy load or a child reaching up and grabbing the shelves will likely result in the shelf ripping away from the frame. Don't put anything heavy on these, just a few nick nacks and pictures. I don't recommend too many books on these."

"The veneer splintered out of the box. The screws too easily bubbled the shelf veneer. Removal of the excessive stickers was difficult and complete removal impossible without damaging the finish."

"Nice quality all-around, but the instructions should have included drilling 3/32" pilot holes before screwing shelves in place on the framework. This is usually necessary in any wood other than soft, new pines. Hardwoods will almost always break the screws, and/or the screws will almost always split thin-section wood composites. The extra step of drilling 12 pilot holes which also helps to keep the screw centered in the hole, is only nominal in effort, perhaps adding 3 minutes to the whole process."
