"I was quite happy with the packing of the desk, first of all. When I saw all the styrofoam in the box and how well it was packed, I knew it would be a well- put together piece, and I was right. The instructions were easy to follow, the pieces were in perfect condition, nice and smoothly sanded, with a perfect paint job. The only thing I was disappointed in were the instructions, or lack of them, for the sliders when you put the keyboard drawer together. I ended up having to take them off and flip them in the right direction to get them to slide back into each other. Other than that, and two pieces having the letters switched (you could tell what they were by looking at them though), I am very happy with the desk. It looks pretty, is well made, and costs a lot less than a lot of others I priced and office supply stores. All in all, a great purchase!"

"I love the Hampton Bay design. I live at the lake and it is a good style of furniture to have here.
I ordered the desk and it came within two weeks. very good , as most things take 4 to 6 weeks. It was easier to put together than I thought, which is a plus anytime I order things, because my husband hates to have to put things together for me!!. I love the way it looks and I hope to get a cabinet in the near future to match it. Thanks for being a dependable company to order from and be ing a satisfied when your products arrive !!!!!"

"Was looking for a white desk, not looking to break the bank. Item looks good but your can see why the price is the price, cheaper veneers on the top and not as heavy. A good choice for kids but don't expect to top quality. Good value."

"The manual was easy to follow, if you know what you're doing.The cabinet doesn't line up though, otherwise it was easy to put it together. Seems like a sturdy desk, but only time will tell! Good desk for good a price!"

"This desk was the size and color that we were looking for for the empty corner of our master bedroom. Not too difficult to assemble- my husband put it together in about an hour. Nice and solid piece of furniture, although my husband noticed that the top of the desk is not completely level because the keyboard bounces around a bit when he is typing. Overall, we are happy with the purchase."

"This is a nice looking desk although is more "red" in color than I expected. I do not like the "fake" drawer on the upper left which opens with the cabinet underneath it. My husband had difficulty putting together which I don't know whether to attribute to his lack of skill or the desk itself. He did say that the screwholes on the middle kneehole drawer did not line up correctly & the directions on that part was particularly hard to understand."
