"I ordered this stool in Feb and I recieved it in mid may. Of the 12 screws they only included 4 and of the 12 washers they included 7. When I called they mentioned that I was told that I would have to wait two more weeks for another stool to come in. I went to home depot and found more screws but they weren't black so now i have to paint them. I also had a hard time in general simply screwing the srews in because the holes didn't match the ring identically. The material may also be hard to clean but I'll have to wait and find out. Overall not a high quality product. It looks ok and I'm sure it'll work ok but I would not spend the money again and honestly will not be shopping again too soon from this site."
