"Lamp arrived with improper assembly at factory which made the lamp unusable. Could not be assembled where the lamp shade was pointed in the correct direction to be used. Refund given by Home Decorators. Base was not properly covered by felt and obvious poor workmanship on the base was noted. Shocked at the quality control at the factory that would allow this lamp to be shipped in this condition. Long delay greater than 1 month to receive this lamp from order date."
