"In appearance, this item is not nearly as attractive as the photo shown on the website. It has a nubby surface, is very thin, and the black sections have many bald spaces visible between the lines of nubby stitches. There are stitches missing at the edges, and it is a decidedly cheap looking carpet. I have previously purchased a lot of sisal rugs from this company and was very satisfied, but I am not happy with this rug and I would not recommend it to anyone."

"We were very pleased to find this rug as we were decorating in a nature/tropical theme and needed an accent rug. The rug looks great and we were pleased that we could pick the size that we needed to fit our space. If I had to say something negative, the only thing is that the knots in the design were coarser than the more expensive rugs that we were decorating with. However, the rug looks great and after a week or so, we never noticed it anymore. We are very happy with this rug."
