"Instructions were somewhat confusing. Im a visual person so I had to match up the hardware with the pictures. Some hardware is exactly the same except for size, so it is helpful to categorize before assembling. The pre-drilled holes were off and so the upper drawers are noticeably misaligned. For anyone sensitive to smell, the paint on the cabinet is very strong. I have two small children and decided to air it out for a few days. It was delivered in Feb. and the odor is still strong whenever the doors are opened. (its June now) Its definitely a "Monet" -- looks nice from afar, but upon closer inspection it looks sloppy. Im using it in the bathroom for a "dead" space, so for now it works. I have been extremely satisfied with HD for my past purchases but this one was a bit of a disappointment for me. Their customer service was polite and apologetic which was appreciated. As a side note, they give extra hardware for the cabinet just in case something goes wrong during the assemblage. We needed to use it. With regard to the value, I have made cabinets and for the price of wood that you would have to buy and make--in comparison your saving money by just purchasing this cabinet providing the price is still 130 to 150 range."

"This product is very attractive when completed but it is extremely difficult to assemble. The instructions are only pictures and would be much better is they provided hints on how to successfully put this cabinet together."

"Desperate for bathroom storage fast this cabinet was purchased. Construction was difficult due to imprecise drilling, some warping and inability to line up cams perfectly. This piece is broken down into MANY components and not designed to be easily assembled by the inexperienced. The directions were sparse and almost pictures only. It took about 2 hours to construct and I have done many of these type of assemblies before. The finish was marred in places and holes drilled in the wrong places and painted over at the factory. Very disappointing purchase but after investing so much in the assembly and needing storage yesterday I am making do with a very poorly constructed cabinet."
