"Product arrived exactly as promised. Packaging was exceptional. The vanity appears just as the website depicts. The granite top exceeded expectations. For installation, it would be advantageous if the rear legs were moved forward about 1/2 inch, to clear baseboards. Otherwise installation was straightforward, requiring some cutting of rear panel and shelf."

"You must cut a hole in the shelve to accomodate the drain. It would have been better if there was a removable shelve or no shelve. Thats the only reason why I took off a star."

"This cabinet is very pretty and well made, and fits perfect in my very small powder room. It took me a long time to find something 22 inches wide that was pretty and had character, and this is it! However, it should be noted that the inside cabinet shelving leaves absolutely no room for the plumbing!! My plumber had to saw into the shelf so to make room for the plumbing inside the cabinet. I was only left with the lowest shelf, which is fine, because storage was not my priority. I think it is a big mistake on the manufacturer's part to not have designed the cabinet with room for plumbing. That said, I love it, and I was lucky enough to have a very talented plumber to install it!"

"the chelsea vanity arrived promptly but the finish on the product was not at all what was shown on the pictures or what i expected.rather than a wood product it appeared very plastic like in appearence and not attractive at all. bottom and legs seemed like a plaster/ceramic material which chipped easily. customer service was very helpful in returning this product and issuing a refund promptly."

"Overall the vanity is BEAUTIFUL, however, if I knew some of these details I may have continued searching.
First, if you have any moulding around the floor area (including quarter round) you will need to move the legs if you want the back of the vanity to be flush against the wall. Moving the legs are not a huge deal, but you need the correct tools. I don't know what it's called, but a thing that can cut indented circles in wood with a hole in the middle. If the manufacturer would have made them fit just 1-2 inches more away from the back it would have not needed to be moved. So, a good home do it yourselfer or a professional will be needed for installation, that is more money to fork out.
Second, the inside needed to be retrofitted to fit the plumbing in the cabinet. Not a big deal, but you can loose a bunch of the shelf space if you are not careful and need special tools for that too.
Third, the drain it came with had a gasket that was broken or worn out...whatever it was it would not stop leaking, so that had to be removed and replaced. And the way the bowl is shaped water sits around the rim just where it should go down the drain. Eventually it goes away, drips down the sink or evaporates...I don't know.
Forth, the black granite shows EVERY drop of water on it. Not what I am used to since I have had dark granite in two kitchens. You always need to wipe it down after every wash. I will be checking to see what I may be able to treat it with, but we may have to live with it. Makes it a pain in the butt with small kids.
Last but not least, the finish chips...nothing a bit of marker can't fix.
All and all it really is a beautiful vanity, just not as functional as I would have hoped for."

"After going to numerous bath stores and big box stores; I found the Chelsea. The quality was what I wanted and it may have been even better. The granit top polised to a glass finish and not a defect anywhere. Check your measurements for size and buy this. It tends to run closer to white than cream,which I also liked."

"The quality of this piece is absolutely amazing, especially for the price. My wife and I had a hard time finding a decent vanity that would actually fit in the small bathroom we are renovating. Not only does this vanity fit perfectly, it's truly stunning to look at. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
One note, we bought the antique ivory version with the white granite. The actual product is whiter than the image. The paint on the wood is close in color to the granite. This was better than anticipated for us since we actually preferred white to ivory."
