"This chair is very well made, however, one of the predrilled holes on one of the chair legs was off. I was unable to put it together as shown on the instructions. But, I did get it together."

"Beautiful chairs. These replaced old ones that fell apart and weren't made well. These are strong and comfortable! I ordered 6, one had a rip in the seam and was replaced without incidence. Customer service was nice!!"

"I put the first stool together with no problem, but the second scond underneath the seat you have four holes who ever put the black plate on the seat put the plate too close to the holes. I had a very hard time trying to put the screws in on this stool."

"When we received these stools, the boxes were in very poor condition. They were mashed with holes in the boxes. The boxes were taped, so we are not sure if they left the warehouse in this condition or mangled in delivery. Fortunately, the chairs were packed very well. These stools are EVEN BETTER in person than on the website. They look incredible. They are comfortable and support your lower back. The seat is actually more of a chocolate brown color, but gorgeous. It is difficult to rest your feet on the bottom rung comfortably due to its placement. However, we LOVE them. They were an extremely good value and are the perfect contemporary look for our kitchen. I am anxious to see how they hold up to daily use and how easy or difficult they are to clean."

"I purchased this counterstool because of it's contemporary design and the leather color. When we got it it took quite awhile to put together, but the most disappointing part was how uncomfortable it was - you felt like you were sliding off the stool and the foot rest bar was not functional. This stool was built for an EXTREMELY skinny person and even still I can't recommend it. The worst part was the fact that we had to pay for shipping to return both stools, which was almost as much as the cost of the stools."

"I didn't get as far as assembly, due to the obvious defects in the construction: one cushion's angular design was perfect, but on the side, visbile staples holding the seam together were unsightly revealing a seam that was not tight enough. The other seat lacked the staples showing & the seam was tight but in the angle of the seat @ the top was a bump. So, unfortunatley, I didn't get to the part of assemble due to the poor construction & visible lack of quality control by the manufacturer."

"Bought four stools. All assembled without a problem. All parts included. Only problem was with last one assembled. One leg had no threads for the supplied bolts. Had local machine shop cut the threads and the problem was easily solved. All parts fit well and finished structure very solid. Great buy!"

"The appearance of the product was great. My only complaint is that one of the boards on one of the stools had a hole that was not completely drilled. I pulled out my drill and was able to fix the problem but would have preferred to have it completely ready to assemble."

"I bought two of this counter height stool and they are just perfect in our newly remodeled kitchen. I chose the red color to match the red pendant lights above the counter. The stool are sturdy and the assembly is so easy. The first stool took me about half an hour and the second stool about 10 minutes. The quality of these stools are great. In addition, the service I received from homedecorators.com are superb. Quick delivery and the online chat are very helpful."

"This product was represented excellently by Home Decorators. All characteristics were well represented, however, I did have to return the stools. Unfortunately the back was extremely low which left no support when you sat squarely in the middle of the cushion. They were exactly what I had been looking for, but I did want to utilize them instead of admiring them."
