"I see they've changed the picture to reflect the actual color of the Mesa Rug. The one I saw was light beige. I wouldn't call this beige at all - more caramel or medium tan. The rug does shed a good deal but that is to be expected with natural fibers. Overall the rug is well made, nice and thick with an interesting design - just not beige."

"This rug is thick and plush. It looks wonderful in the foyer and hallway. My reason for the slightly lower score for appearance is because you really need to try to get a sample of the colors. The camel was a lovely rich color fairly true to its name. The beige, however, is much darker than I would have guessed. Overall, very happy with the purchase."

"priced similar rugs elsewhere, this rug was a great value for the quality. We did have issues with delivery, and the item came damaged first time and delivery windows way to long. Second time the item arrived they had sent two rugs, then i proceeded to receive calls about deliveries for 3 days after I received the item. The rug is great."

"I am really happy with this rug. The wool is very soft and feels plush and thick under our feet. It is a very nice rug for the price, and there hasn't been as much shedding as I have had with other new rugs. The carmel color was pretty accurate from the color on my computer, and it looks great on my travertine floor. I love it!"

"The rug itself is fine but was a little disappointed about the rug pad. The catalog said free rug pad with purchase and we did not receive one. On top of that you do not sell a rug pad for a 7'9" square rug but do carry a 7'6" round pad for round rug. What's all this about? Do I have to buy a rug pad and piece together and tape to fit my new rug?"

"The color of this rug is different than that shown online. It has a brighter, slightly golden hue. The lines shown on the rug do not appear straight on the rug, due to how it's made, giving it a more casual appearance. I was hoping for a tighter weave with crisp looking lines. Decided to keep it because of the cost of return and will probably place it in a less prominent area."

"The rug's design, as well as its yarn density and softness, made me wish I could make it work, but sadly, the color leaned too much toward a light brownish-beige, and I needed something more golden. It's a beautiful rug, especially for the price. For those who gripe about shedding: any good wool rug will do so temporarily and is part of the package of investing in a natural, long-lasting fiber that will retain its color and quality for many, many years."

"I like how this rug looks in my nursery, and it's very soft and thick. However, I had to have my husband saw off a bit of wood from the bottom of the door because the carpet was sooo thick it wouldn't go over it smoothly! So now we have a considerable gap under the door. This rug does seem to shed a fair amount, which is kind of a pain, but it ensures that I vacuum more frequently which is good for baby's room. Also, some of the fibers have come loose around the edges--I would expect better quality for the price. I wish I would have known about FLOR before buying this, I would have saved a lot of money."

"I purchased this rug for a nursery for the simple fact that it was thick and durable, yet soft. All of which are true. My only problem with this rug is there are many (not just a couple) pure WHITE threads. I ordered the dark brown rug so it always looks like there is something on it, but it is just the rug. I wish it it was all brown like the picture."

"I found the rug to be just as described in color, thickness and quality. I ordered the beige and it has the color of a camel wool coat...which is just the color I wanted. It only seems to shed when I vacuum it so I don't find shedding to be a problem."

"A very nice neutral with contemporary style. The caveats are 1) The color; beige is decidedly a golden beige not a balanced tonal beige, 2) The excess fibers clogged my vacuum for two weeks. I kept the rug because it was contemporary and while not exactly the color intended it was still a great value for the size and price."

"When you need just the right rug for a space and don't want it to over-power, but highlight the area, this rug will do it. It is also a rug that takes high traffic areas with a breeze. I have it in my entranceway and it is absolutely lovely. The old saying is, "Pictures speak a thousand words".--well, pictures don't say enough. Wait until you see this in person. It is far prettier than the website could possibly show. To say the least, I love it."
