"After seeing how tall these are, we decided we would remove the legs so it would be a more comfortable height for resting our feet on. Before we got around to taking off the legs, one of them fell off! So, I just got out the screwdriver and took off the remaining legs. Now, it's a comfortable height, plus it's great storage and so nice to have the tray too. If you like having the legs, take care moving them around too much."

"Super fast shipping and product is exactly what I was looking for -- love them (ordered 3). Only con and really not a big issue for me was the color....brown leather. In the online visual the brown is more of a taupe/tan (on the darker side)....when received brown is more of a dark red/orange brown hue.....still great for my color scheme but not as pictured. Do not let the color deter from ordering....a GREAT product & I highly recommend."

"We purchased three ottomans for a family room and everyone loves them. Nice storage for blankets, enjoy the trays for beverages and snacks, provides additional seating, and good foot rest. Great purchase for all of the utilities they provide!!!"

"Arrived quickly. Very nice looking. Bigger than expected, but plenty of storage space inside. When I took it out of the package one of the legs bent a little, but I haven't had a problem with it so far and have been sitting on it. Packaging is very tight so need to be careful getting it out. Otherwise very happy with it. Good value for the money."

"We were so disappointed with this ottoman w/storage and reversible tray. The stitching around the edges was very poorly done and the top of the ottoman did not rest squarely on the top of the ottoman.... almost perched on top... had to pay for shipping both ways (to receive and then to return)! I'm out about $100 in shipping costs for the two I bought."

"Is exactly as pictured. Great piece for both storage and comfort. The reversible top is convenient. It was a little high to put my feet up on while sitting in a chair so my husband easily removed the legs on it and that made it perfectly comfortable! I placed furniture sliders on the bottom 4 corners to make it easy to slide on the rug. Those sliders work well!"

"This was perfect for my home. The leather looks great and the construction of this ottoman is strong. It provides just enough storage and I love the fact that the top turns over to serve as a tray (actually two trays because we bought the larger size). Works as a coffee table, ottoman and storage!"

"I bought this ottoman in brown leather, and the only thing I'm not totally happy about it that the brown is not as dark as it seems in the photo. It's really too light for my decor, and I wish I'd bought the black leather one, but otherwise it's perfect and it's not worthwhile to ship it back. The lid/cushion fits snugly, the tray looks nice, the leather is fitted and sewn well, and the legs are sturdy (already attached) and have little "sliders" on the bottom to make it easy to move. The storage area is roomy. The top is a little higher than the seat of my couch, so resting my feet on it may not be very comfortable, but that's not a big drawback for me. I'm happy with it. Later I may go on and get it in black too."

"I was so happy to find ottomans the correct size and exact color I wanted. Unfortunately, both of
the ottomans I received were poorly constructed. On one, the foam inside the top cushion did not fill the entire cover; on the other, the tray table did not fit properly in the top. They both had to go back. Customer service was excellent, tho', and I have not given up hoping to find an acceptable substitute in another model."

"Ordered a set of 3 of these and was most disappointed. Poor workmanship: puckering of the leather on all the corners of the bottom units. Defects: The trays didn't align and there was a thin gap when the leather side was up, there was a black gash/nick on the corner of one unit, and another one has some type of splash marks (that had yellowed the leather) on two sides. Ended up returning all 3. This piece has a really nice design but receiving 3 defective/damaged ottomans was most disappointing, especially after having read the prior good reviews."

"Since our little girl will be walking in a few months, I purchased two of the ottomans to replace a coffee table with sharp metal corners.
These ottomans allow us to keep the family room looking much more tidy as they provide a place to store frequently used toys. The trays are great as well.
There are a couple of issues with the workmanship on one of the ottomans though. It arrived with a leg that was not put on properly. The wood split when the screwed it in. We will have to get some wood glue to secure it. Also, the black paint in the tray has a couple of missing spots. They are small & can probably just be fixed with a black marker."
