A little disappointed

"I love the item I bought. It is beautiful.

The only problem with it is I paid $200 to have it shipped to my home and after we really looked at it we found a tiny chip out of the front of it. I would have thought for the price of the item and the shipping it should have come unblemished. I was disappointed in that.

We also found out that the stereo receiver we have will not fit which is very inconvenient."

"Overall, I was very pleased with the beauty and quality of this peice. I choose the one with the solid doors and was dissapointed to learn you can't leave the doors shut and turn the channels on your TV. If I had thought about this beforehand it would only make sense. I just removed the two front doors and it still looks beautiful.
The shelves are pretty shallow, I couldn't fit my surround system box ( Panosonic) in the shelves and still close the door. another reason I removed the doors.
I was dissapointed in the Freight Company though. I thought they were supposed to unpack it for you and they didn't. They only sent one man ( and it weighs over 200 pounds!) I had to help them get it into my house and they dropped it as soon as they took it off their truck!
....Only slighlty damaged one corner But, needless to say I wasn't happy about it."

"So when we ordered this, it was on backorder and it took a couple of months for it to arrive. Still, it arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected which was nice. However, when the delivery people showed up they were trying to do it as a thresh-hold delivery instead of a white glove, but after a phone call and some waiting the issue was resolved. The item arrived in good condition, I only noticed one little dent in an inconspicious area. It's beautiful and looks great with our 50" plasma. The cabinets underneath offer a descent amount of space, but the cut out holes in the back are not adequate for wire transferance and ventilation, in my opinion. It really doesn't apply to us because we hava a seperate glass front cabinet for the cable box and remote devices, since the remote will not work with the cabinet doors closed and you'd have to leave them open. It's not solid wood, but it looks and feels very nice. It will definitely enhance the look of any room you put it in, granted it doesn't clash with existing decor. I havn't found a plasma tv stand in any store or online that comes close to looking this nice with a reasonable price tag to match. So, overall I am very happy with this purchase."

"this piece of furniture was more beautiful then what the picture showed, I was worried that maybe it wouldn't be the same as the picture,but was I wrong, ,the price was right,and worth every penny I paid"

Beautiful piece of furniture

"The cabinet is extremely beautiful and appears to be well made. We could find no fault with its construction. Doors and drawers opened without scraping.
Our only complaint was in the delivery. From the factory to the shippers warehouse in Portland took less than a week. But it took almost a full month to get from Portland to our home 110 miles away."

"I got the 60 inch DLP and my wife decide to a little fancy and get a nice cabinet.

We love it

We already decide to go back and get all the pieces together from "Home Decorators" and make a small TV theater

"I was searching for month for a piece that would compliment my furniture and match, after month's of going to EVERY FURNITURE STORE in town, i still couldn't find any thing decent.....seems like because plasma's T.V. are modern, they all decided to make modern looking furniture and it didn't work for me.
