"Wow - great service! I ordered the blue Rana Window Seat with Storage and it was at my house (in a rural area) three days later! I did not expect it so quickly - what an excellent surprise. The bench arrived in perfect condition and was well packaged. The product was even better looking than the picture online showed. Assembly was super easy - all that needed to be done was the legs attached with the provided tool. The bench looks beautiful sitting at the end of my king size bed. I would recommend it to anyone interested."

"We found the color of the piece to be more pink than the website or catalog representation of the piece. While the website has a disclaimer regarding color the catalog and website matched the delivered piece did not. Assembly was more difficult than necessary due to poorly drilled holes that did not align with the legs and positions of holes in regard to the leg made it impossible to turn a full circle with the allen wrench supplied.
I managed the assembly problem although one screw could not be fully inserted due to poor hole placement. As to the color problem we used accent pillows to distract the eye from the pinkish hue."

"The bench arrived with screws in the hinge pulled out. I guess I should have shipped it back, but the thought of re-packaging something that large seemed to be more work than it was worth. I paid my handyman to fix the screws and it seems stable."

"The delivery time was fast. The bench was true to description. It fit perfectly where I intended to use it. I wish it would have had the option of being in leather. There was an issue with the bolts for both the legs and the storage bench. On two of the four legs, the bolts were difficult to get in due to the fact the holes were not drilled properly. The screws that hold the top of the storage bench were not in one of the brackets. The issues were resolved and basically overall am happy with the product."

"This 45" moroccan brown storage bench is a great addition to a small bedroom. I placed it at the bottom of a queen bed that has no footboard and it's great for storing a couple of extra blankets. It also brings a bit of an elegant-look to the room. As a bonus, delivery was faster than expected. Fabric color is fairly true to web-display. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this product."
