"Wow - great service! I ordered the blue Rana Window Seat with Storage and it was at my house (in a rural area) three days later! I did not expect it so quickly - what an excellent surprise. The bench arrived in perfect condition and was well packaged. The product was even better looking than the picture online showed. Assembly was super easy - all that needed to be done was the legs attached with the provided tool. The bench looks beautiful sitting at the end of my king size bed. I would recommend it to anyone interested."

"We found the color of the piece to be more pink than the website or catalog representation of the piece. While the website has a disclaimer regarding color the catalog and website matched the delivered piece did not. Assembly was more difficult than necessary due to poorly drilled holes that did not align with the legs and positions of holes in regard to the leg made it impossible to turn a full circle with the allen wrench supplied. I managed the assembly problem although one screw could not be fully inserted due to poor hole placement. As to the color problem we used accent pillows to distract the eye from the pinkish hue."
