"I bought the Chapel area rug a little over two years ago to use in my foyer. Its beautiful, with a nice thick pile, is well made and the online picture is pretty true to the color it is in person.
I have 6 kids and a 126 pound dog that lay, walk and play on this thing and it is still beautiful and vibrant. I clean it a couple times a week (vacuum) and it has held up beautifully.
I definitely recommend this one to anyone!"

"These 4 rugs I purchased are so beautiful and the quality is outstanding. I did have a problem in that one of the rugs did not match the others. I called customer service and they quickly sent out a return authorization (no shipping charges on my part). Then my replacement rug arrive promptly."

"Rug was darker as others had said but I wanted darker colors and I wasn't dissapointed. I loved the rug...nice quality...only thing I wasn't expecting was the size of the diamond pattern. I ordered a small rug but the diamonds remained scaled for the largest rug size so there is only one full diamond and just small pieces of the other colors. Overall would buy again."

Not Like the Picture

"I ordered this rug because I liked the bright colors and knew it would look great in the bedroom. When I got it, the colors were NOTHING like they were on the web site - not bright at all. At first I thought it was the wrong rug, but checked the packaging and it was definitely the rug I ordered, but just looked nothing like the photo. I ordered two rugs at the same time, and I had the same experience with the other rug, so don't think it was a fluke. I know sometimes the color doesn't come through accurate on a browser, but I have a pretty nice Mac so it should be close. The quality is great, I think they were a good value and all, but you really can't trust the photos - just picture the rugs about 10 shades "dimmer" than they appear."

"We ordered the smallest size and love it in our bathroom. Rich tones, lovely design and soft texture (use with a pad) make it both functional and attractive. Since it is wool, this rug "sheds" a bit, requiring frequent sweeping. The colors are a bit darker than pictured in the catalog/online."

"I always turn to the Home Deocorators Collections when I want the biggest selection in a specific rug, furniture, lamp, etc. The on-line service lets me see whats out there and whats fresh in interior fashion and design. I love this site. I love this rug, too. For an intricate design it is not to busy or bright. Nice neutral colors that match anything and any decor. Plush under foot, as well. Very pleased with purchase."

"And it is a steal for the money! I bought several and they fit perfectly and they look much more expensive than their price...I am saving my pennies for a large one now. Even without padding, they are thick, but the padding makes stepping on them like clouds!"

"Colors are more beautiful than the picture, a little darker. Great heavy quality. I am using them over carpet and they are heavy enough to lay perfectly flat with no curled edges or wrinkles. I needed color in the room with my new brown leather furniture and these are perfect."

"After months of looking at small rugs online I finally took the plunge and ordered this rug in two sizes: 2 x 3 and 3 x 5 for my Master Bathroom.
When the rugs arrived I was pleasantly surprised. The smaller rug is really pretty (good colors slightly darker than the photo). The larger rug has the same border (so it corrdinates with the smaller one but doesn't match exactly). I like that. The larger rug isn't quite as bright as the smaller but I'm happy. I've had the rugs for about 2 weeks and haven't had any shedding issues.
Thanks home decorators...I never could have found these rugs in a store because the sizes are too small. Oh yeah and these rugs are Safavieh!!!!! (I didn't know)"

"The quality, beauty and craftsmanship of this rug is incomparable. I knew I was getting a fine rug but when I put it on the hardwood floor, I couldn't believe how soft it was with no underpad and how elegant it looked. I wish now that I had gotten the larger 9x13. It is an exquisite rug."
