Ever so difficult to assemble

"This came in pieces with about a million
screws and closures. My husband is an engineer and very skilled at woodworking so I thought this would be an easy assemble...not so much. the main attachment hardware that is to hold the sides and top and bottom together all broke upon using. We had to call for replacement cams and they arrived quickly (today). Will further advise if they work or not when we again try to assemble this nightstand."

Instructions seem a bit backwards

"My wife and I built these together and we both ended up putting the side pieces on the wrong side. I'm pretty sure the instructions on where to put the side pieces are backwards. You'll know by the way the drawers fit in the holes. My suggestion is to build the drawers early and test the sides before you glue."

Hardwick 3 drawer side table

"Purchased two Hardwick 3 drawer side tables. I'm using them as night stands and love them. Made out of solid and composit wood...Very Solid pieces. I did have to air them out before putting in my bedroom, paint smell. Only 3 holes where not predrilled on one side table the other was fine. Very nice pieces even the back panel is black no painting anything. Fast shipping and packed very well, no damage on arrival."

"This table is a fabulous item, I would have been willing to pay more for it! I purchased it recently during the 30% off sale. The finish is really nice and the details like the legs and trim at top set it apart from other assembly-required furniture. It was so easy to assemble, it only took me an hour or so. I look forward to ordering from Home Decorators again, customer service has been great!"

"This is a very good looking piece and a great value for the price. Very sturdy. Took my husband about one hour to assemble. Biggest problem we had was that one of the drawers did not have the holes drilled into one end of a side piece but my husband was able to drill them himself. All the materials were there and the directions were easy to follow. Highly recomend this product."

"I purchased the night table along with the bookshelf for my daughters room. My daughter is 13 so we didn't want something that looked too childish. We also wanted something that didn't look too much like like office furniture. My husband put them together. He said it was easy assembly because everything was labeled accurately. Both pieces look great and look much more expensive then they were. My daughter is thrilled! Great value!"

"Overall these end tables are a 5 star, the ease of assembly couldnt have been easier. These are not the typicall MDF, fiberboard junk furniture like some other products offered. The only aspect of these end tables that is sub-par are the drawers, they should have used a better material, but considering we only use them to house remotes, I doubt they will break down."

"This was purchased as a nite stand in my daughter's bedroom. The antique white is more cream based than white. Distressed markings look nice. Easy to put together. Very functional next to her bed. Heavy and solid. We're very happy with it."
