"I'm so very disappointed. It's obvious no actual human reviews what the end product looks like or will look like with the customers' real house numbers in the order. My house number is 111. The 3 skinny digits are all crowded tightly in the middle of the plaque with all this vast amount of space on either side. I wish or would have hoped someone would review the output, and spaced out the numbers a little to maximize the visual appeal, but alas, no. It looks just awful and I will not be using it - what a terrible waste of money."

Did you contact Customer Service to see if they would send you a replacement? Most companies are interested in keeping their customers happy. I see they offer replacement if it is defective, don't you consider it just that? You'll never know unless you ask!

"Although we liked the look and craftsmanship of the sign, the holes for attaching the posts were not drilled properly and the screws did not fit the holes.This required taking it to a hardware store to have them re-drilled and was a bit of a hassle and time-consuming. I did not contact the store because return/shipping back seemed more of a pain than fixing it locally. Hopefully they can fix this for future sign production. Otherwise it is nice looking and address was printed properly."

"THE HOLES IN THE HOUSE NUMBER SIGN WERE VERY SMALL AND THE SCREWS WERE AT LEAST TWICE AS BIG AS THE HOLES IN THE # SIGN SO OF COURSE THEY DID NOT FIT. A REPLACEMENT WAS SENT AND THE REPLACEMENT WAS IDENTICAL T0 THE 1ST SET OF SCREWS.
NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR RETURN LABEL AND TRY AND PACKAGE ALL IN A BROKEN BOX. WHAT A NIGHTMARE AND WASTE OF MY TIME. AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY STREET SIGN. APPARENTLY THERE IS NO OVERALL CONTROL OF WORKMANSHIP. DISAPPOINTED, PEARL"

"I've had several compliments on this. It looks so fantastic, I ordered one for the other side of the house ( upcoming traffic) And NO it isn't printed on both sides, which is unfortunate. That would have made it perfect, and a good value!"

"pretty easy to assemble, harder to get into ground that deep, legs a little give to them when in the ground but seems ok, very nice plaque and the neighbors commented positively. Now maybe the pizza guys can find us at night, I added solar lights next to it."

"This house marker was purchased as a housewarming gift and I can honestly state that the recipients are totally thrilled with it! As a matter of fact, they even installed a special LED light to spotlight it after dark! "I ordered this lawn address plaque from you twice before and was delighted--wide but narrow oval shape, large numerals relative to size of background, sturdy construction. However, this time the design is changed, the numerals are too small to be easily visible, the oval shape is rounder so the background larger, and the border is thinner and less definite. Please return this item to your original design!"
