"If considering this bench - and probably others like it - be aware that adult shoes will not fit side by side as image might imply.
Package arrived damaged with the 3-in-one bolts loose in the box [the plastic package had broken].
Bench was fairly easy to put together even though two steps were left out of instructions. Following drawings in addition to printed word very important."

"Came with dents and nicks and half the hardware missing. We did get an allownace and kept it and had a carpenter fix it. It looks great but we were disappointed in the condition it came in."

"few scratches here and there but not obviously noticeable, otherwise excellent product. great addition to entryway and the kids shoes are much better organized. like the fact that it can also fit my husband's shoes."
