"I got this rug for my livingroom I had 2 other rugs in the diningroom and foyer that it needed to blend with. I was a bit worried because the colors looked so bright on the website but the rug is perfect. the colors are definetly more muted than shown, tans and golds and the red is a bit brighter but still blends very well w/the burgundy in my diningroom rug and curtains in both rooms. I have already gotten lots of compliments from neighbors and I tell them where I got it so they can orderr too."

"I was a little worried about this rug after reading reviews about the difference in color compared to the website. The colors are a little more vivid, but basically as pictured. I LOVE this rug. It completes our home office perfectly. The rug is thick and luxurious feeling. I am very happy with this purchase"

"This rug came with a different name and it is NOT ivory colored. It is very green. Really a pain...weighs over 100 lbs and we had to prepare for delivery of this rug and it was a waste of time, money and energy. If you want a light green rug, order the ivory. We had to wait for over a week to get a UPS return label."

"I am very happy with this rug purchase... after looking for the "right" rug for months at alot of high end stores I couldn't find what I wa looking for so I thought I would take a leap of faith and mail order a 9x13 rug.
When it arrived (70+lbs) I had to wait for hubby to help move & unwrap it. I was nervous---how would I send it back if I dont like it? What a pain. Nope! When we unrolled it I was super happy and pleased with the beautiful tones of this rug---exactly what I was hoping for and BETTER than the picture."

"I love the way this rug looks. I got the tan/ivory and it looks really elegant in my great room. It's also very soft and plush. The only negative is that it sheds a lot at the begining (first couple of months) as most wool rugs do. However, it does stop shedding with regular vacuuming. It actually has a very elegant rustic look. My first rug purchase from Home Decorators. Love it!!!!"

"I could not be happier with my purchase. I bought the round hampton area rug and it was wonderfully true to color and very expensive looking. I am using it under my breakfast table in the kitchen and it blends beautifully. I have to say though that this is the eighth wool area rug that i have purchased from home decorators and with the exception of two of the modern rugs all the other traditional ones have been gorgeouI"

"This company has been wonderful to work with. Their customer service is great about answering questions.
This ivory/red rug is a nice rug for the price. The red is a warm, paprika color, and the accent designs on the ivory are a gold color. That said, it is the first one I've ordered that the colors looked like what the computer showed.
I have thus far ordered 4 different rugs to find the right color. I order the smallest of each. Some of the rugs are much darker than the colors on the computer. Some have reds that are wine (blue) red, some are rust red, the beiges are actually light brownish. That said, these are all very nice quality rugs. If you get a chance to use the on-line live chat, DO IT before ordering and ask them to look up all the colors. Ask them to find out every color in the rug, and whether the reds are rusty or wine, if the darkest accents are black, brown, green or blue, etc. because they all look black on the computer.
I will order a large rug from them when I find the right one because the rugs (especially the on-line only with free shipping) are a good quality for a good price. Wish we had a store somewhere in the state so I could look at them in person.
The small rugs have all been so nice that I have not sent any back but decided to use them in bathrooms, etc. If the large one I order isn't right however, I will. Will let you know if that happens how good their return policy is."
