"I bought the red with gold. The colors didn't vary from the photo online. Unfortunately, I didn't think to ask if the edges are bound. They aren't, and with just a few weeks' use the rug is already starting to fray."

"This rug was purchased (red) for a rather dark FR in front of a TV. I LOVE the rug. It is beautiful. The "red" was a little darker than I anticipated. Again, this is a very substantial rug w/"rich" feel & I do love it."

"I ordered the runner for my bathroom downstairs. Perfect fit! Such a drastic change from the usual bathroom runners. I love it!!! The brown is a warm brown with golden design offset color."

"This rug is very dense. I have looked everywhere for the right color red rug. This is a true beautiful deep red, NOT burgundy or maroon. The gold vines are a little darker than I expected, more of a brownish gold, but still a great color. It does shed some, but that is expected with a wool rug and should get better with time."

"The rug is used as an entranceway rug in front of a huge wooden door in an historical home. I was worried about the color not going with the door, but the color on the website is accurate. The rug is really thick and looks expensive. The lighter scroll color in the pattern is slightly lower than the darker brown and adds a lot of interest and texture. I'm really happy with it."

"Wow, what wonderful quality!! Sooo thick!!! The best purchase we made so far from Home Decorators!! You cannot go wrong with this rug!! We initially bought it to place at our front door but it's too beautiful for that so we placed it in front of our sofa. Now we don't need a sofa table because the rug is just too beautiful to hide under a table!"

"Unfortunately at first we received the wrong size. However, customer service was extremely friendly and apologetic. They sent us the correct size immediately and now we are very please. The rug is extremely nice but still not sure about the price."

"I've been looking for an area rug for my semi-formal living room. This rug seemed to fit the bill! The price was great-had been looking at rugs 3X that amount! The appearance is nice, color as shown, and I like the design. Good deal for a decent rug with good looks."

"I love this rug, but the size indicated ON the rug is incorrect. I ordered a 2'6" x 4'6" and although it says that is the size ON the rug, it is actually the 2'3" x 3'9" rug. I'm hoping you have better quality control on purchased items as this is the second time I've had to return something because it was miss-labeled."

"I just purchased the small rug for in front of my back door to match the VERY large rug I purchased from Home Decorators last year. I have the 16 x 20. It was the first rug I purchased from Home Decorators and I was surprised to find the quality of their wool rugs is excellent. Very thick pile, very rich colors. I purchased several wool rugs at rug stores and paid A LOT more money for them but got the same quality. This rug is beautiful and after a year has held up to high traffic as it's in my main family room"

"This rug was exactly as I had hoped. Well made, nice and thick with vibrant colors (red and gold). It was a little more than I wanted to pay but over all a very good choice. The rug was very well wrapped for shipping and, although was left outside on a rainy day while I was at work by the shipper, it arrived in perfect condition and dry as a bone when unwrapped."

"Very happy with the overall look--I purchased a 5' X 8' size. However, it sheds terribly. Have to vacuum it--gently--often. The lighter "vine" areas have more of a gold cast than is indicated in the picture. I have it under a dark brown large leather ottoman in front of a cream couch and chair--probably too much of a high traffic area since it sheds so much."
