"The first rug arrived in the wrong color but I exhanged it for a lighter color. The craftmanship is superb and the binding was just the right proportion to the overall rug shape and complimentary.
The exchange was done very efficiently and I will definitely shop with Home Decorators again. This was my first purchase."

"This rug was exactly as described. The color is a nice rich brown and it is good quality. It did bunch up the first few days after it was laid however, once it flattend out, it stayed flat. I've had it in place for about two weeks and it doesn't slide or roll up at the edges as some of the natural fiber rugs tend to do. It also came in a 7x9 size which is very hard to find and was delevered only a few days after iI ordered it!"

"I would recommend this rug. It has strong binding at the edges, the cocoa will never show dirt, and it looks as it does on the website. if you have a pet with white hair that sheds, it may not be ideal. As with all sisal rugs, buy a rugpad so it lays extra flat."

"We purchased this rug in espresso to use as an entry mat for people when they enter our foyer from the front door. It looks great on our wood floors. The sisal makes it durable for the application, and the overall look is elegant and fits the motif of our adjacent living room. I do not feel that a sisal rug would be a common choice for a large area rug, but I think it works well for what we need. As for the complaints that the rug is not suitable for walking on with bare feet because it is uncomfortable, that would be the case with any durable fiber such as sisal. It's resilient and tough; it's not a wool hand-crafted rug. I think it is fair to say that ordering the rug was a decent experience, but it did take us 3 months to receive it."

"Rugs were just what I expected. For those complaining about how uncomfortable the rugs are - this is just how sisal is, it is not a result of how these particular rugs were manufactured. (I have had many rugs/carpet made of this natural fiber purchased from many retailers.) Just an FYI!"

"Runners look great on our hardwood floors, cleanup is easy. However, walking, standing, stepping on the runner in bare feet is not comfortable. The jute fibers are rigid and not "feet friendly" at all."

"wish i could have returned it, but too big.
the color is nice but it's scratchy and horribly prickly underfoot and the worst thing is that it attracts anything white and fluffy, so that within hours of hoovering it is covered in bits of dust, fluff, evrything gets stuck to it and it only looks nice for a moment after cleaning and then awful.
DO NOT BUY this nasty carpet!"
