"I expected a mailbox that just needed to be mounted to the wall. This one requires you to drill holes in the face of the mailbox if you are going to attach an address plaque. It also comes with inner locking lid. If you do not want that feature, a tool is supplied to remove the locking lid but it is a slow tedious process turning the Allen wrench a quarter turn at a time. When all is done it is a well made, nice looking product."

"Product arrived with damaged plaque. Seems like plaque was damaged by vendor while fabricating house address. It was still shipped to us. House numbers are of poor workmanship and quality."

"Love the look of this mailbox. Really dressed up the front of the house. Make sure wherever you place it that it won't be something you hit. This mailbox replaced one that was more flush to the house and my door hits it. But I will re-adjust."
