Great Stand! Date: October 19, 2009
"We got this stand about 6 months ago and it looks great and is very heavy, sturdy and strong. I hasn't peeled, rusted or shown any sign of wear at all nor has it marked our pool decking. Love this umbrella stand.

The only bad thing I can say about it is that because it's so heavy, it pretty much destroyed the box it came in, so it barely came in a box at all, but the stand itself was no worse for wear!

Umbrella Stand Date: June 1, 2009
"I am very disappointed with this product. Sharp metal "flashing" abounds in the scroll design making cuts and scrapes almost inevitable. The knob on the top tension screw split in half during installation. The plastic cups designed to accomodate different size umbrella pole diameters do not fit flush in to the stand opening. They also appear to be of very poor quality. I don't expect the one I installed to last more than one or two seasons."

Attractive Umbrella Base Date: May 4, 2009
"Umbrella Stand was as pictured online. Very sturdy and attractive. The white base looks very nice with our new glass patio table, umbrella and chairs--all with white trim. Hopefully this will not rust as indicated, time will tell."
