"This is a very beautiful entertainment console. The beveled glass doors are gorgeous, and I really love the darker color. The piece is elegant and tasteful, which is a rare find in entertainment centers. It's a very heavy piece, so you'll want to have help positioning it. The shelves fit my tv, xbox, wii, and dvd player without any issue. Excellent price, quality, and fast delivery (only one week). Home Decorators has a new model available (in cherry and without the carvings), but I'm very, very pleased with this model. Such a wonderful outlet find!"

"I tracked this product on line for one and a half years, and finally bought it with high expectations when there was a free shipping promotion because it isn't cheap. Online it looks as expensive as it is, the wood finish looks impressive. On arrival, I was disappointed at the color which was so dark that the contrast with the marble top is very mild. The wood is chipped in 3 places within a couple of months, making it look cheap. That's upsetting considering the price I bought it for. One of the door handles also keeps falling off. The only good things about it are the style, the glass doors, and granite top. Otherwise, the wood quality and finish seem very poor to me. Very disappointed!"

"Except for a slight scuffing at the center, below the bottom door pull, the cabinet arrived in perfect condition. It is much darker than the illustration, a bonus for us as our TV room furniture is almost entirely dark mahogany or walnut. The piece is heavy, but two people in their 70s were able to maneuver it into position, then set up the TV and related electronics without experiencing anything more than a good workout. Highly recommended."

"I have been looking at this piece for awhile in the magazine, but didn't want to pay full price. When it showed up on clearance, I jumped at it. It came very quickly and I was not disappointed. It is very solidly built and it was packed with styrofoam. I had read in the reviews that it was not the color in the magazine picture, and they were right about that! The top is black granite, and the wood is almost as dark. It has no red tones at all. This happens to go with my furniture and it looks great with a big black flatscreen TV. I really love this piece."

"The stain on this is REALLY dark. MUCH darker than the picture. It is going to heave to relocate elsewhere than where it was planned because of that. Finish was also missing an area of stain right in the front that will need to be touched up. Looks like it was sprayed on thinly there. Otherwise it looks very antique."

"Great value.. It is a great looking cabinet however a little small for a 55 in. Tv but fits.... Two inches taller and two inches wider and this cabinet would have been perfect."

"This cabinet is actually quite nice, and was delivered promptly, with absolutely no damage. My only complaint is that it arrived with a completely different finish than what is pictured! It is a monotone espresso brown finish, not at all like the rich 'antiqued' chestnut color in the photo. It took me a while to decide to keep the console. I don't see why Home Decorators doesn't change the photo to a more realistic one."
