"This chest is much nicer and bigger than those in the department stores. Even if I had purchased it for the same price as those in the store this one is much nicer. I really like that it stands much higher than those in the store. Plenty of storage for jewelry and larger drawers for organizing all sizes of jewels."

"Have so much jewelry, this armoire is a life saver!
Lots of room with all different size dividers in each draw.
My only wish is that the drawers had stoppers on them. You have to be careful when opening them too far, they will come out completely."

"I purchased this Jewelry Armoire for my 14 year old daughter and it's just as it looks. Very Pleased with quality and price. We looked at others from Pier One Imports and found this one to be better constructed and about $100 less expensive."

"Delivery made in less than 24 hours after ordering. Two-person job getting the armoire in place. No complaints other than the drawer margins (spaces between) are a little uneven. it looks good enough for my walk-in closet and I love it for it's functionality."

"I was very pleased with the purchase of the Jewelry Armoire. The packing was sufficient enough To prevent shipping damage and the piece arrived without any nicks or scratches, A problem encountered was that one of the side compartments was missing a magnet closing device. I called customer service and was told that the device was not available, but that I could purchase it at any hardware store and my account would be credited with $20. I think that this is a fair resolution to the problem.

"I purchased this Jewelry Armoire for my granddaughter last year. It was a beautiful match for her bedroom set, easy to set up, and a substantial piece of furniture in its own right. This year her sister asked for one for Christmas.

"Transaction process went great. Timely delivery etc. But, when armoire was opened, the front lid had a huge chip. Box was not damaged, and product packed well. It appeared the product was damaged prior to packing and shipment. Was so disgusted, simply attempted to mend it with wood filler and stain and use it. Will probably never order from Home Decorators again."

"I have been looking for a larger, good looking, good quality jewelry armoire and I found it in this armoire. This is quality wooden armoire, very heavy and well constructed. It arrived very quickly and all I had to do was screw the feet on the bottom, which was very very simple. I love it and would recommend it highly!!!"

"I can't say enough good things about this piece of furniture. Hence, the 5-star rating. The only thing to assemble is to screw on the 4 feet. I liked that feature very much. The interior of the drawers are covered with a velvet-like material in a cream color - very nice. The only downside is there are no stops on the drawers so to reach something out of a back area requires that you take the drawer out. The other thing I don't understand is why there is a mirror under the lid; unless you are 3 feet tall, it's useless. But a very nice piece overall. I'd recommend it to anyone, and it's a good price. Better yet if you can get free shipping and/or a sale price."

"I looked for a long time for a jewelry armoire for my daughter. I looked at Pier 1, JC Penneys and other stores where i could find them. I was looking for a classic piece, well built, but in a reasonable price range. I found the Hampton Bay white armoire online and decided to order it because functionally it had what I was looking for and the price was very good. When it arrived I was blown away by the quality of this piece. Solid wood, well constructed, looks and feels like a piece of furniture I'd get at a high end store. 100% satisfied. Delivery was fast. I may order one for me!"

"The unit was damaged on the inside under the lid. It appeared as if it had been hit with a hammer. When I called the company they immediately offerred to compensate me in a sufficient amount. Since the damage was beneath the lid and did not show when closed that was acceptable to me. The only other thing I would say is that there are no drawer stops on the drawers and it is very easy to pull out the entire drawer and drop it if you are not prepared."
