Gia Lamp base not ginger jar

"You can't tell from the photo, but the base is not a traditional ginger-jar type, but is a narrow, oval cylinder, lozenge shape. Kind of odd. For my decor this was not a problem. Otherwise it was exactly as pictured. I would recommend that a side view photo of this product be added to the catalog."
