"I was excited to see how pretty they were and how they looked in my bedroom. The problem was that they were advertised as 3-way lamps and they were not. I was very disappointed in that because that was an important feature to me in a bedroom. I haven't decided whether to keep them because of that. The picture makes them look gold, but they are slate green. To get a more realistic view, look at the single lamps and there is a picture of this same lamp."

"purchased the set for our family room...thinking it would be quite golden in color as the internet showed....it actually was a lot more teal green...(cannot trust photos on internet!)...fortunately for us...that color was also good...so decided to keep...however, had to request a 2nd floor lamp...(table lamps are fine) ...could not tighten the lamp enough at base...2nd lamp arrived even worse than the first...very disappointed in this feature...decided to keep the first, and my husband is going to try and glue the area."

"Very pleased with all 3 lamps in the collection. Unique and different look. I like the shape of the shades and liked them even more when I saw the soft texture of them upon arrival. Very realistic slate apprearance and heavy. Great accents to my living room."

Quality not what I had hoped

"The antique-ing on these lamps is lovely, as are the the lampshades. The painted bases on the table lamps are allright, but the painted base of the floor lamp looks cheap. I have also not been able to get the floor lamp as tight as I would like (it requires assembly) AND be properly aligned at the same time -- it seems it can be one or the other. Still, over all, they are a nice addition to our room."

"these lamps were much more expensive than I would have liked but I bought them for my son's condo and they compliment the room beautifully. I picked these because they are very masculine but add such a touch of class to where ever they are placed."
