"I purchased two identical half rounds to go in the same room in windows on either side of a fireplace. One piece arrived very well packaged..the second one had no inner protective styrofoam/cardboard strengthener and it was badly bowed...probably had hairline cracks. One piece the colors were as imagined from the online picture, the other was very faded out with no sharp distinction between now very similar colors. Having other very well made stained glass pieces in my home, these pieces were very inferior in quality; but I suppose the price paid should be a clue to the quality to expect. No hanging chains were with either window. Returned both pieces after talking with a customer representative, who assures me that the replacement pieces I am to be sent will be carefully matched and properly packaged to protect the items during shipping. Check back in a month to see if promises were met and replacement products did not have to be returned as well."
