"This coffee table is great for what we needed. It's causal but nice enough to blend with a variety of settings and furniture. The only draw back is the lack of runners on the drawers. They are so shallow, and without the runners, it feels like they are about to tip out as soon as you open them. Furniture polish also leaves strange marks on it, but otherwise, it's a great product!"

"Once put together, this table is very nice looking. I especially like the symmetry of having drawers on both sides. Be very careful when putting this table together. The hardwood veneer is very soft and will fall apart if the screws are tightened too much."

"Overall the cocktail table looks good. The drawers are not on slides and the stops at the back fell off in shipment. I wish it only had two deep drawers as opposed to 4 opposing drawers that are so shallow."

"I really love this coffee table. It's just the right size and matches an entertainment center which I purchased elsewhere. I bought two baskets which I placed on the lower shelf of the table and it looks fabulous! The only thing that I don't like are the way the drawers slide in and out. It's not a very smooth operation as there are no brackets to support them but I can live with it because I just love the way it looks and it is so functional."

"This is an excellent sturdy piece of furniture. Easy to assemble by following the directions. Only problem I have encountered is when something is placed on the table top, it leaves a cloudy mark on the surface. This easily cleans off with furniture polish and a cloth."

"I've been looking for a coffee table for a while now, and this Oxford 4-drawer absolutely filled the bill. I wanted something not matchy-matchy with my side tables, contempory, but able to fit in with my somewhat eclectic taste. Assembly was a feat but only because it's recommended that two people assemble (I'm sure because it's quite heavy and sturdy). However, I didn't want to wait for a helper and assembed it myself. All the parts were there, including extras, and it came together quite well. It works perfectly in my Great Room, and the extra storage drawers hide the remotes, magazines, and all the other stuff usually collected on tabletops. An excellent buy all-around."

"Bought this as part of a set along with two matching end tables. The table is good enough, but no matter how well you tighten the pieces, it doesn't ever become flush (in more than a few places). It's just poor quality. One of the end tables I got to match couldn't even be fully assembles because a piece was cut improperly and was about 1 1/2 inches too wide. The other end table, the drawer barely closes. I guess in this case, you get what you pay for..."

"This is a great piece. Works in modern or classic settings. Easy assembly -- took around 30 minutes with only one person! The drawers get a bit annoying b/c there's nothing stopping them from sliding out when you open them most of the way - but other than that, it's perfect!"

"Needing to change decor in the family room, this table was a perfect complement to other black finishes. With kids still at home I wanted something nice, yet practical. With the 4 drawers and shelf underneath, there is great storage for TV remotes, magazines, pens, etc. Assembly was easy; I even did it myself, but having an extra set of hands would be better."

"Overall a nice purchace,but I was disapointed in how the drawers work. They are on the small side and don't slide on hardware, they seem cheaply done compared to other furniture I've bought."
