"This rug is awesome! I have been looking for a 'natural' rug for our den/family room and bought this 'faux natural' rug and I love it! It doesn't show dog hair and vacuums so easily! I bought the 9 x 13 with the tan border and have found it so easy to clean! It arrived within 2 weeks and layed completely flat after about 2-3 days. I also thought it would be too thin and hard on our feet, but honestly, it's as soft as normal rugs, not too thin, and very nice on the feet! Will probably buy one for my entry and under the kitchen table!"

"I was looking for the look of a natural fiber rug, but with a softer feel. I thought this rug was going to be it, but sadly, it wasn't. The wool in the body of the rug looked like a cheap synthetic rug, not like wool at all. In addition , the rug I received was defective; it had a line of pulled (longer) loops running down the center of the rug. Also, the border was a little wide for my taste; I wish it had been narrower. Customer Service was great with the return. Because the rug was defective, they arranged for UPS to pick up the rug at my home. Still on the hunt for the perfect rug, I decided to next order several smaller (2x3ish) other rugs to see which I liked best in person, rather than just taking a stab based on the online picture and ordering the 5x8 that I need. Of the "sample" sizes I ordered, I've decided to order the "Premium Jute Braided Area Rug". It looks very high end, is real natural fiber and not rough. It has a nice popcorn-like texture that I was looking for."

"The rug had a much wider border that the picture depicted & never said the size of it. We expected a 2" border & it was 5". The border appears to be cotton which would fade very quickly."

"I am using this indoors and it looks very nice. It has been in place for over a week in a high traffic area. The ends flattened out on the first day and the rug has no smell. VERY pleased with it, a great buy for the price!"

"The rug is okay. It was not my greatest purchase. My issue is that the fabric around the boarder (black) fails to lay flat and seems to be sewn to the rug which causes some gathering here and there. Other than that it is a nice rug. I would not of purchased it if I would of known of this black fabric lining (boarder) around. Some people I am sure will like it, I am just not one of them."

"I was pleased with my purchase of this rug. I needed a weird size, and this fit the bill. The overall appearance is great and the construction is sound. The only CON is that it's taking awhile for it to really "relax" and there are clear compression marks from being rolled up. Very soft under foot."

"Seriously, this rug is awesome. The orange border is wider than it looks in the catalog and the color is just beautiful. The main part of the rug is very soft and spongy under your feet. It makes a huge impact in my new craft room. Fantastic price too!
In the picture, the rug was just rolled out to start letting it flatten out. The room is a work in progress."

"This rug is great. It is softer than I expected. I got the brown edging and the brown is a very dark, chocolaty brown which is just what I wanted. My only complaint is that the rug pad came 4-5 days after the rug arrived. but as far as the quality and the value - it's great!"
