"When it came, I expected a bright and shiny silver fireplace. What I received was a sliver coated fireplace with a powder like finish. I looked at the description again that is exactly what it says; but I expected something different from what I saw on the picture. So, I sent it back and got something else."

"I am happy with my purchase. The fireplace was expensive but I was not willing to have a fireplace installed in this particular room. This totally warmed up a otherwise plain room."

"This comes fully assembled; just mount it on the wall as you would a picture. When lit, you won't believe how beautiful it is! It warms the room, snaps and crackles as a real fire does, and I think it's prettier and more dramatic than a regular fireplace. This product is fantastic!"
