Installation Issue

"The only problem I found with this item is the installation. It is way too difficult to install some type of toggle screw or molly in the wall, and then match it up to the holes. And the back is too flimsy to do a direct installation. I had a handyman who could not hang it. I finally had my husband, a professional engineer, put an additional back of thin plywood across the entire back to reinforce. Then we could screw directly into the wall easily and see the studs or molly."
