"I had my eye on this clock for my home office, so when it went on sale I quickly purchased it! The first clock I received showed very poor workmanship -- the rim around the face was dented in multiple places (from construction; not shipping). I called customer service and they sent me a replacement. The replacement clock is much better, but unfortunately still does have one dent in the rim that surrounds the clock face. I am still debating whether or not to return it. I really like the look of a clock but am not thrilled about paying this price for a defective item. If the clock arrived in perfect condition I would absolutely recommend it without a doubt. It's just such a shame that I've now received 2 poor quality items, and to be honest, I'm not convinced if I send this one back that I'd get a high quality replacement."
