"Attempted to follow the assembly sketch that appeared to recommend attaching all rods to one support then attaching other support. Impossible to connect all 8 rods simultaneously, even when exerting significant pressure to join rod to opposite support. Tried beginning with bottom rods and attaching supports on either end. Lower rod would come loose while attempting to attach higher rods, This piece is useless."

"This bathroom storage shelf arrived quickly and was very easy to assemble. It looks stylish and only cost a fraction of other similar products we were researching at the time. It really adds to the bathroom decor. We are very happy with this purchase."

"this should have been very easy to assemble, however the frame on one side was out of sinc so my husband who builds all day with metal was very annoyed and said "why did i buy this piece of junk". what should have been 5 minute assembly took 1 hour of aggrevation. if it was another customer they would have sent it back . I buy a lot of merchandise from your company and have never had a problem like this one.
