"I was really pleasantly surprised when it came. It looks really really nice, has detailing not often seen in other pieces in the price range.
The directions were OUTSTANDING--VERY easy to follow. Not hard to put together.
The ONLY drawback is that the file folder drawers are not as big as the "typical" drawers, so if you are transfering from a standard file cabinet, your files will be a bit more squashed. Also the drawers do not fully extend.
Overall, I am very very pleased."

"Merchandise came in three boxes and was missing parts to assemble.
After assembling, top was bowed and three drawers would not open and close properly.
Black wood laminate showed all fingerprints.
Had to be taken apart, reboxed and sent back.
I would not order again as the frustration from this one order was overwhelming."

"I am really happy with my purchase!!! It is a great piece of furniture for the money. It took 3 hours to put it togther but i did it by myself and without an electric drill. It was easy to put together just time consuming. I am very happy with it and it looks great!!"
