"After venturing into dozens of retail stores, we discovered this storage cabinet online. It is the perfect solution for us due lack of appliance storage in our kitchen. It is a lovely way to hide the items by placing this cabinet in our FL room right off the kitchen. It actually looks like furniture rather than an industrial unit for the garage."

good - but missing parts Date: April 3, 2009
"Overall I love the design. It was complicated to assemble. There were several missing parts (doors). The shelves were notched but the side panel did not have the piece to match the notch as shown in the diagram. I had a professional put it togeather and he modified it to fit. They were very swift in sending me the missing parts."

"This is a very pretty cabinet IF you get the right parts with it and IF you have someone who with enough experience who can rig it to work to compensate for the poor manufacturing.

Cabinet is way more orange (for the Dark Oak) than it looks like in the picture. Wasn't sure I liked that at first since I wanted it to match my existing furniture, but it grew on me.

After trying to put it together (directions are very poor), we thought we had duplicates of the wrong parts. So we ordered the parts we thought we needed. They had offered us the parts or a discount if we just made due. With our handman working on it, we figured out that they were the right parts, but we just had two of several of them. Our handman still had to cut into part of one of the pieces to make it fit. Then we discovered the doors were missing. We canceled the prevouse parts order, and after speaking with a manager, he gave us a discount AND sent out the doors. We had to wait a week for those. Now tonight my husband has tried to put the doors on, 4 will fit, but it looks like they will require holes to be redrilled in the cabinet. If we had used one of the other duplicate boards instead, the doors might fit, but there was no way to know which one would ultimately work better. At this point we would have to take the cabinet apart again. We were going to buy another product from this company, but after this we've decided not to."
