"We purchased this vanity for our downstairs half bath. I liked how the faucet and bowl were included rather than having to purchase each item separately. I bought the item on sale so it was well worth the money spent. I was very surprised when I opened the box. The marble is absolutely gorgeous! You can't tell in the online picture but the front edge of the marble is curved which was a nice surprise. The wood is a little darker than it appears in the picture but I actually like it better. I was going to go with the 36" wide half moon sink but I'm glad I didn't. It would have been too big for my my small bathroom. I was worried that this sink would be too small but it is actually perfect! The only downside is that the vessel bowl has kind of an orangy tinge. All in all though, I absolutely love it and it made a world of difference in my once dull bathroom. :)"

"We needed a really small vanity for our really small half-bath, and this fits perfectly. We love the large drawers! The marble top is gorgeous, but is more'yellow' than 'tan'. And unfortunately, while the glass bowl sink is attractive, so far it is just a mess every time someone uses it - water spots are continuous. We've had to use this small bath as our primary since the other house bathroom is also under renovation. Maybe once we start using this only as a 'guest bath' the sink problem won't be such an issue."

"Looks pretty but lots of issues. first of all the second drawer had to be cut to install it. water drains too slowly and collects in the sink for a long time. color is good. Faucet is poor quality."

"This sink has been a great addition to our powder room but was very difficult to install because we have pipes that come up from the floor. Had to cut two of the drawers which was very difficult. Otherwise have gotten many compliments on appearance."

"The kyoto sink looked even better in person then it did in the picture. The marble top had beautiful features and deep yellow gold areas that gave the vanity a unique look such as a precious stone. The wood-grain like swirls in the bowl compliments the wood grain in the cabinet. It was perfect for the earth tone concepts I was looking for. Item came already assembled, except for the legs which was great."

"We have not installed the vanity yet. Bathroom is being remodeled and plumbing needs to be moved slightly so that it fits neatly in the cutout of the top drawer. This vanity is not only beautiful but it is made amazingly strong considering the price. The sink is to die for...It is so thick and beautiful. The faucet is not bad either considering its a no-name faucet. My husband who happens to be a fan of grohe products said for the price of the entire set up it is not bad quality. All in all this vanity is outstanding and I can not wait to have it set up in my new bathroom!!
Just be aware...If you are looking to purchase the cabinet with the mirror and drawer to go with this vanity its not a good idea unless you are well over 6"5! We had to return it because the faucet comes up so hight that the mirror cabinet needs to go up very high to allow the drawer or cabinet to open. We wound up purchasing the regular mirror even though we loved the storage in the other item."

"This vanity definitely stands out! It was carefully packed and shipped to my doorstep. It has a nice presentation. The only negative is the connection for the plumbing. I read a previous writeup on this product and he suggested the same. The connection for this cabinet is set high. It is quite possible the new owner will have to reset the plumbing at a higher level for the connection."

"First it is a very attractive peice. The glass vessel is very thick and looks great. The cabinet itself is not real wood, it seems to be a a very stong fiber board material with veneer.
VERY clever top drawer has a cut out to allow for the drain pipe and p-trap. However, my bathroom drain pip was lower, so I needed to notch out more of the backing and a big notch in the middle drawer. (Table saw and jig saw)
The unit comes with supply lines and drain pipe, however I needed a 1 1/4 inch by 12" extra drain pipe extension.
All in all a great peice, a little pricey however for not being real wood. I hope the faucet lasts through the years not being a Moen or Kohler."
