"I am very disappointed. I could not even take it out of the packaging. The smell is terrible and I will have to return it. I have ordered several products before and have had success that is why I did not hesitate to order this rug. I ordered for the convenience but I will have to think twice about reordering through your company. I can not understand how it made it through any type of quality control"
