"The product was basically what I expected from the picture. It was a little scary when it arrived in 2 boxes, about 5 feet long, 18-24 in wide and about 6 in deep. The assembly was daunting at first, but the instructions were clear, the illustrations excellent and the parts all clearly labeled. While it took a little time, I was able to assemble the bench virtually unassisted and with no real issues."

"The window seat bench finally arrived. I have wanted it for 2 years, eyeballing it in the catalog. Finally I was able to purchase it and its gorgeous. I only wish they made one a little bit bigger. After comparing the price of building my own window seat, the time and energy alone was worth the price. Everyone who has seen it loves it and talks about how beautiful it is."
