"I've had the rug for almost a year and it is still shedding. It is in green and very pretty, but the shedding is getting to me. Also it definitely needs a mat if placed over carpet. Rugs are tough to buy over the internet."

"This rug looks as if it came from a museum. The pile is thick and soft. The colors are magnificent. Beware if you have a cat, they may enjoy sharpening their claws on it. I have my rug in a room where he cannot get at it."

"The rug looks just like the picture. The color is deep and beautiful. The one problem is how much is sheds. I have to dump the vacuum cleaner cup each time I vacuum it. I hope this doesn't continue."

"I absolutely loved this rug! It was bold, bright, plush and complemented my decor nicely. The problem is, with 4 cats I was vacuuming it daily! I had to return it. If you are a pet owner, be careful in purchasing rugs with black backgrounds."

"Beautiful rug. Thick and comfortable for standing. The drawback is that it pills and I am having to vacuum it often. I am hoping this is just characteristic of the newness and it will settle down. The appearance and comfort of the rug would be five stars. The shedding and attracting of lint would be two or three. Bottom line 3.5 stars if it doesn't stop the shedding. Back to 5 if it does."
