"ALTHOUGH OUR LAMP WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING, IT WAS A VERY ATTRACTIVE LAMP. I WISH IT WOULD HAVE COME IN ONE PIECE. THE RETURN PROCESS WAS FAST, FRIENDLY AND PAINLESS. IT WAS A WELCOME SURPRISE IN THIS DAY AND AGE."
