"Noisey, doesn't move like a lazy should, quietly and with little effort. moves off center when you go to spint it. i'm not happy with it at all. waste of money"

What I had been looking for
Date:December 4, 2009
"It looks very nice and will be beautiful on our glass top dinner table. The only thing I was not thrilled about is the noise it makes when turning. I am hoping maybe some oil will stop it. I would have liked it to be silent, otherwise it is beautiful."

Beautiful Lazy Susan
Date:December 2, 2009
"This Lazy Susan looks gorgeous on our dining room table. I read some of the reviews that said that it doesn't spin smoothly and bought it anyways. I will say, it's not completely effortless-if you tried to give it a good spin it grinds a bit and moves slowly, BUT, we don't intend to spin it round and round. It serves its purpose just fine, which is to turn food around the table when someone needs to reach it. And most of all, it really looks fabulous on my table."

Great Addition to Dining Experience
Date:September 2, 2009
"We have a 60" round glass table and were always having to "pass" the dishes. A lazy susan seemed to be the answer. But we were afraid it would detract from our beautiful glass and chrome dining table. We were wrong about that! It looks wonderful; doesn't detract but enhances and it works great! So much easier to serve ourselves and enjoy the dining experience! Only improvement might be beveled glass, but otherwise it's great."

Great find.
Date:August 13, 2009
"We have been looking for a glass lazy susan for quite a while. This find was perfect. The rotation could be a little smoother; but, since we are not using it to play roulette, we are completely satisfied."

Crunch, crunch, crunch
Date:August 10, 2009
"I was looking for glass-topped lazy susans in large sizes, and this product line certainly offers that.
However, the rotating action of this unit leaves a LOT to be desired. What I expect from a lazy susan is a smooth gliding motion that requires a gentle push and continues a little after you let go. What I got with this unit is a heavy grinding action; turning this thing is like trying to bicycle in mud!
I suspect the problem is in the design. The rotation is provided by two concentric metal rings separated by ball bearings. Which sounds like it ought to do the trick. But two flaws combine to make it useless:
1. The rings are mounted horizontally, one inside the other, rather than one atop the other, so gravity actually works to stress the mechanism rather than aid it.
2. The glass top weighs about 22 pounds, and I think that pressure on the mechanism is enough to grind it to a halt. I would *guess* this type of mechanism was design for lighter MDF models and simply re-used for the glass-topped versions.
So what I have here really is a very pretty circular glass table top, not a usable lazy susan."

Great purchase
Date:August 4, 2009
"I wanted this lazy susan for my 60 in glass dining table. It was something I thought would be great for everyday use and it is indeed functional. The nice surprise is that it is so nicely constructed that it actually adds dimension and a surprisingly elegant look to the table."

Finally, a winner
Date:July 31, 2009
"This lazy susan appears to be a winner, it has a sleek, elegant look that just adds to the high-end appearance of our breakfast table. After two unsuccessful attempts with the marble lazy susan, I think I finally found a winner! I rated workmanship a point below because on the edge the black glass is lighter in some areas. Cleaning is a breeze too, just use a little window cleaner."
