"This desk looks very nice. My husband assembled it...somewhat time-consuming, but not difficult. The desk-top arrived damaged on two corners, but a quick email to Home Decorators was all it took to get a replacement piece within a week, no questions asked. They didn't even want the damaged piece back. The keyboard drawer seems a little low...the top of my legs hit it when seated at a normal height in my chair. The problem can usually be alleviated by opening the drawer flat. Offers a good amount of storage...I just wish that the "door" side of the desk had a shelf inside, as we don't need to house a computer tower. A shelf would give us more options. Overall a great looking desk for a great price!"

"The desk is shown in the catalog to be placed in the middle of the office. This is not possible and the catalog picture does not show the desk accurately. It needs to be placed against the wall due to the front of the desk to be cardboard and have a hole in one of the cardboards for computer wires. The picture does not represent the actual desk that you get."

"We got this desk and the 2-drawer file cabinet as our Christmas gift to each other. They stand full length along a wall in our den. Very heavy duty - sturdy, solid, the silver knobs are a nice accent. Because it is so heavy though, I would not recommend moving it much after assembly. You need at least two people so it doesn't creak or feel like you're pulling anything apart. It looks solid and classy against our wall which is covered in black picture frames, so the look is very classic. The drawers and file cabinets slide/glide very smoothly and feel sturdy as well. In one drawer, the bottom cardboard is barely missing the size, so I don't want to put anything heavy in there. We love finally having a cabinet to put the cpu unit, router, satellite reciever, battery backup in - it's all behind the cabinet door and gives a sleek clean look. We did cut the back out right there to provide more ventilation however. The price was a super great deal - it was all very worth it. The black on the tilt-out keyboard tray has gotten tiny, tiny knicks that we've covered with a perm. marker."

"This item is very beautiful on-line but it took us a few hours to put it together. It looked so perfect in the magazine, and when we received it to our home in 3 large boxes.When we un-packed the boxes and laid everything out it took about 30-45 minutes. Then it took another 3 hours to put together."

"If you have assembled anything from IKEa then this is a breeze. It looks very nice in our new room. A bit concerned about the keyboard drawer holding up, but should be ok for our needs. Overall for the price it was a great deal. very happt with this prodcut."

"Desk was easy to put together and most of the drawer tracking was already installed prior to packaging. Desk surface area is great for computer, printer, and anything extra. We purchased this for our daughter. The knobs were not what was expected but they are just knobs...Drawer space if great with the bottom drawer that can be converted to a file drawer with the enclosed file hanger. Kwyboard drawer is hidden. Overall, nice desk but the it should be nice for the amount of money spent."

"Solid product. Looks great. Assembly is moderate to difficult. It took about 3 hours. Doesn't fit together perfectly, mainly the drawers. The drawers were the hardest part in the assembly and are the biggest issue apprearance why because they sort of stick out slightly. You have to really look to notice that though and it doesn't impact functionality for the most part. They can be hard to close/open though. For the price and quality though, I am satisfied with this purchase. It looks good and serves it's purpose, so I happy with it. If it wasn't for the issues with the drawers, I would have given it a five star rating."

"This is a really nice desk for the money. It is good quality and very sturdy. It was very time-consuming to put together. Not really difficult, but took almost 4 hours. Also, if you are using this as a computer desk there is one large FLAW...The keyboard tray has room for ONLY the keyboard. I cannot fit my mouse/mouspad in it. It is annoying to have to put the mouse on the desktop when the keyboard is in the drawer. Other than that, we are very pleased with the desk."

"Very attractive when assembled, which took 4 hours with the help of a friend and a cordless drill.
One cam fell out and could not be seated properly, but when finally assembled, desk is very solid. The drawers do not line up perfectly with the frame, but operate well and it isn't noticible. Would purchase it again."
